Zili Conference Location:

The Zili Conference will be located on the 3rd floor of the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building.

Please enter the Vancouver Convention Centre through the Burrard Street entrance (under the large globe) and follow the signs to Zili registration.


Parking:

Parking is available at the Vancouver Convention Centre West Building, 1055 Canada Place.


Directions to Parking:

Heading west 1st traffic light past Burrard Street, parking entrance is located ½ block down on right hand side inside Vancouver Convention Centre West  

or

Heading north on Burrard Street turn left at traffic light foot of Burrard Street, parking entrance is located ½ block down on right hand side inside Vancouver Convention Centre West 


Arriving by Transit:

The Canada Line

A very efficient and accessible transit option, the Canada Line takes approximately 30 min from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) to Waterfront Station. There are multiple station along the way, which offer great flexibility to hop on and hop off at various locations throughout Metro Vancouver.

Waterfront Station is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Vancouver Convention Centre, West Building.

If you are planning to arrive via transit, Translink’s Trip Planner is a very helpful resource for scheduling your trip.


Will food & beverage be provided?

Yes. Zili will be providing a complimentary light breakfast, followed by a smoothie break and a healthy lunch.


What should I wear to the Zili Women’s Preventative Health conference?

Smart casual.


How do I buy tickets?

When do ticket sales end?

Tickets will be available to purchase up until the day of the conference - Saturday, October 5th. However, we highly suggest that you purchase your ticket prior to the conference to ensure you get your ticket before they sell out.


When will I receive my eticket?

Once your payment has been processed, your eticket will be sent instantly to the email address you have provided. If you have not received your eticket within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk mailbox before contacting us.

If you find that you still have not received your eticket, please email us at info@zilicare.com and we will re-send it to you.


What do I need to do with my eticket?

Please save your eticket on your phone and show it to the Zili registration table upon arriving at the Zili Conference.

If you cannot find your eticket, please provide your first and last name to the registration assistant and they will check you in.


What time does the conference start?

Registration opens at 8:20 AM accompanied by a light breakfast. The Zili Conference will start at 9 AM.


What time can I arrive?

We suggest that attendees arrives at 8:20 AM for registration.

If you plan on arriving after 8:20 AM then we suggest no later than 8:45AM to ensure you and your friends get registered in a timely fashion and get a good seat selection.

*Seating is on a first come first serve basis.
